The California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB)
is now the Department of Resources, Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle).

Their name has changed, but their grant program has not.

CalRecycle will continue the Asphalt-Rubber Chip Seal grant program
in Q4 2010 for all cities in Southern California using Asphalt-Rubber
Aggregate Membrane (ARAM) applications.

Dozens of cities throughout California have utilized the
ARAM grant for several years, with many receiving over
$100,000 grant awards for ARAM projects.
