ARAM System 4 is designed for arterial streets that have less
deterioration than System 3 (also an alternative to reconstruction).

This ARAM Composite Layering System for arterial streets removes the
leveling course from the System 3, providing an additional cost savings for less
deteriorated arterials.Conventional AC or ARHM can be used for final overlay.
