Application of asphalt rubber binder

Asphalt Rubber Binder is blended, mixed
and reacted near the job site.

15% - 17% crumb rubber from scrap tires
5% high natural crumb rubber (aircraft tires)
78% PG 64-16 binder (or applicable PG grade)
2% modifier extender oil
